Why wont my decks connect to Serato?
Try restarting your computer and/or the mixer. The drivers for the mixer might require the computer to be restated and can often help out when experiencing issues. Try power cycling the connected mixer as well to make sure that it connects to Serato DJ Pro correctly.
How do I get Serato to recognize my hardware?
In order to work correctly, Serato DJ needs the hardware being used to not be the Input, Output or Sound Effects device.
- Connect your controller.
- Open Audio MIDI Setup > Window > Show Audio Devices.
- You should see Built-in Microphone and Built-in Output.
